Over 2 floors: main floor has a large kitchen with a Smeg range oven. Sitting room - TV with Netflix access, family bathroom with large bath & rainfall shower. Upstairs: kingsize bedroom with en suite toilet. Lay-out works well for a large family or 2 couples.

Set in tranquil private grounds, the old manor of Trevassack overlooks Hayle. Big groups love the 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12, comfortable spaces, full kitchen, 3 cosy living rooms with stoves, hot tub (extra cost) with views, library and baby grand piano and conservatory framing sunsets across the St Ives & Carbis Bay hills. For 13-16 guests, the Annexe costs extra.
