Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.

It is also located in the capital of Oregon, which in turn is located in the middle of everything!! such as; mountains, waterfalls, beaches, and many more places of interest. In addition, every morning a delicious Colombian coffee will be at your fingertips so you can start your mornings recharged with full of energy

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
