Here you are well positioned to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest, Norwich and King’s Lynn. Alternatively take a 10-minute stroll to Shouldham Warren, which offers stunning views across the fens. After, visit the King’s Arms pub. Real ales are served straight from the cask; good-value food using fresh local produce, all within a 5-minute stumble.

Located in the thriving market town of Downham Market, Number 50b is a recently refurbished one bedroom apartment on the ground floor, less than a 5 minute walk from the railway station. There is a direct line to Kings Lynn, Ely, Cambridge and London, with trains running by the hour. There’s a free space for one car on site and there is a Carpark at the railway station for (Fee applies). The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk into Downham Market for shops, pubs & restaurants.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

A rejuvenated listed old wash house in the picturesque Norfolk countryside village of Denver. This small space sleeps 2 on a small double fold up bed/sofa to utilise the space we have, the room has its own shower/toilet facilities in the corner of the room, tea/coffee, kettle, towels, shampoo. Lots of walks and close to Denver sluice, Denver windmill, pub, shop and Downham market’s amenities. Pet friendly, large garden shared with us. Access via the garden gate and key safe.

Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Shared courtyard garden and private parking.

Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

The Nissen is a unique, private and secluded two person home in the middle of a 20 acre orchard. Situated within walking distance of Elm village, with its popular pub, The Sportsman, opposite All Saints Church, being a short walk. There's also a convenience store in Birch Grove. Tesco Extra is 1.5 miles. Wisbech town centre 3 miles. Begdale road is on national cycle route 63. Peterborough, Kings Lynn, and the Norfolk coast are within easy reach by car.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away
This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

Downham Market has lots to offer visitors including many independent coffee shops, shops and restaurants also Wetherspoons (The Whalebone), Greggs and Subway all within a 5 minute walk. The town has market day every Friday & Saturday. We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station.
