An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a reverse cycle heating/cooling system, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV and wifi. Water and light snacks provided on arrival. On-site parking. Ideal for one person.
