The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Older but comfortable two bedroom apartment in the country centrally located to Rocker B Ranch, Palo Pinto Mountain State Park, Possum Kingdom Lake, Brazos River and the several constructions site currently in the area. Apartment is in a modular home that is mostly remodeled. 7 minutes to hospital making it very convenient for traveling nurses.
