Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Nostalgisches Cottage direkt an der Zschopau

Wir dürfen vorstellen: das ist Ortrud. Diese ältere Dame wurde im Jahre 1820 gebaut. Benannt ist sie nach ihrer Vorbesitzerin, der Dorfschullehrerin, die ihr Leben lang in diesem „ Haisel“ zugebracht hat. Seit Juli 2021 haben wir an unserem Häuschen gebaut und renoviert. Wir haben versucht, den nostalgischen Charme zu erhalten und mit modernen Details zu kombinieren. Wenn Ihr Euch in solcher Atmosphäre wohlfühlt, seid Ihr in unserer Ortrud gut aufgehoben und sehr willkommen.

Wellness pobyt/glamping v korunách stromů. Útulný, pohodlný a plně vybavený Treehouse Úlovice se nachází v malebném přírodním parku Džbán nad malou vesničkou. Je postaven ve svahu na mohutných bucích a habrech, které poskytují pevné základy pro jak obytnou část, tak i velkou terasu. Do Treehousu vede jen 6 schůdků, ale terasa je ve výšce asi 7 metrů. Dostanete se sem lesní cestou. Parkoviště je zajištěné pro ubytované zdarma a k domku to potom budete mít jen 350 metrů.

Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.

Du kannst direkt vom Haus aus in den Wald spazieren gehen oder Wandertouren bis auf den Fichtelberg (Oberwiesenthal) durchführen. Im Haus kochst Du auf einem Küchenherd mit Holz, entspannst in einem Massivholz-Familienbett (270x200cm) aus Zirbe und spürst ein ganz besonderes Raumklima durch den Lehmputz. Alles ist pure Natur.
