Jetzt haben sie das Nest verlassen und einigen Platz zurückgelassen. Deshalb haben wir diese schöne Ferienwohnung für Sie gern auch mit Kleinkind eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum, aber doch außerordentlich ruhig in den Gassen der Altstadt. Annaberg ist idealer Ausgangsort, um das Erzgebirge in seiner ganzen Vielfalt zu erleben.

Výhledy si můžete vychutnat při posezení na balkoně nebo při snídani. Apartmán je v pěší vzdálenosti od Skiareálu Klínovec. V zimě si můžete užít lyže, od jara do podzimu trail park, cyklistiku a pěší turistiku v překrásné přírodě. Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

V podhůří Krušných hor nedaleko Karlových Varů a Klínovce jsme z historické stodoly vytvořili jedinečný prostor pro společné chvíle, klid i odpočinek. Lokalita je skvělá pro výlety do hor (Jáchymov, Boží Dar nebo Oberwiesenthal) stejně jako pro objevování okolí. Čeká vás velkorysý společný prostor s výhledem do krajiny, krb, dlouhý stůl pro společné snídaně i večeře, sauna (od 09/2026) a dvě oddělené ložnice. Na terase máme k dispozici koupací sud (použití za příplatek).

Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.
