Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.

The Little Gaff - One bedroom self contained cabin

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.
