With it's central location, you'll find yourself a 5 minutes drive away from the hospital, 8 minutes from Elizabeth Quay, 6 minutes from UWA and a short 7 minute walk to the stunning Kings Park. The townhouse features 2 bedrooms with queen beds downstairs and an open lofted room with 2 king singles upstairs, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. There are two full bathrooms available for your convenience.

Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park

Our spacious Guestsuite is walking distance to University of WA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Hollywood Hospital. It consists a lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

The Grange

A beautiful character home with high ceilings, ornate cornices and 3 fireplaces. The house has been tastefully decorated so that it has all the modern conveniences while still having the appeal of old character. There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.

We are surrounded by parklands and sporting grounds, with a lovely little lake and birdlife just metres away. Trains and buses are close by. 24/7 IGA supermarket, pharmacy, post office, cafes, restaurants and historic Wembley Hotel are all just 10 mins stroll through the parklands. * Perth Airport Train Link runs direct to our local train station [$5pp].

Our cosy Urban Scandinavian-style Cabin is nestled in our green and lush garden. It has a private Japanese-style natural bathroom connected to the cabin with an outlook onto the garden. Perfect for visitors to UWA as we are a short stroll from the University, close to cafés & restaurants, public transport,The cabin is equipped with a kitchenette. We pride ourselves on providing a 'chemical-free' naturally beautiful environment for oir guests.

No matter if you are visiting family and friends nearby, travelling for work or looking to explore Perth, our Studio is the perfect base. It is located in a leafy, quiet neighbourhood in close proximity to hospitals, UWA and Kings Park, as well as only 6km from Perth's CBD, which can be reached by Bus or Train (Shenton Park Station). Free street parking is available.

Lovely leafy street in Nedlands. Very quite location unlike blocks of units, listen to the birds, not the neighbours. Walking distance to restaurants, Kings Park, UWA, Perth Childrens, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood hospitals. Cafe just 100 meters up the street. Close to bus stops or trains for access to Perth or Fremantle. Netflix supplied for guest use.
