Winthrop is a beautiful oceanside residential community situated at the entrance of the most beautiful harbors in New England. Winthrop offers small town suburban living, within minutes to Boston. We have public transportation to downtown Boston in about 20 minutes, Logan Airport in 15 minutes. We also have a Ferry Service to Boston.

There’s one other bedroom on the same floor, so you will be sharing the bathroom with one other guest (if there’s one during the time of your stay). The House On Myrtle

Each room has great space with it's each individual character. We are 10 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from boston. 5 minutes to the T stop and a minute walk to the bus. We are a half a block from the beach. Could you ask for more? There is easy street parking but it requires a sticker. I️ only have 2 available. It is first come first serve. If you are driving please ask.

Welcome to Lilian Suite is located on the second floor in the front of the house in the cupola. This quaint room (approx 135 sq ft) has an ocean view looking past the Winthrop Arms Hotel. This room has the sun rise in the morning that creates spectacular views. There is a full bathroom w/ rain shower and a half bathroom located on the 3rd floor which are shared - "See Pics".
