Conveniently located between Bryan/College Station and Lake Somerville. This gated property has it all. Room to park your boat, porch and barbecue grill will fill your appetite and a variety of yard games will entertain the family. Inside, you'll find a queen bed, twin bed, and small sofa bed suitable for a child, with a queen air mattress for additional guests. A durable curtain can divide the bedroom from the living room, and a new AC system will keep you cool in the Texas heat.

Blue Bird Barn is located near Snook and is minutes to Texas A&M and is 40 miles to Round Top. Blue Bird Barn is about 2400 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds and 4 XL twin beds. It includes 2 units. The downstairs owners unit has a full kitchen, open to the living room and has a bathroom with a roll-in shower and handicap bars. The Loft at Blue Bird Barn is the upstairs unit. It has a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator (no range), 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Our most secluded cottage pays homage to George and Barbara Bush and the contributions and impacts they made in their lifetimes. This light and airy cottage is reminiscent of their Walker Point estate in Kennebunkport, Maine. The Poppy and Bar has a queen-sized bed in each of it’s two bedrooms, as well as in the loft. There are two full bathrooms with a soaking tub in one and shower in the other, This unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Charming Barndo | 6 miles from A&M campus!

Peaceful yet centrally-located 1 bedroom 1 bathroom barndominium just 5 miles from Kyle Field. The barn apartment is approx 600 sq ft. within a 60x30 insulated metal building. Perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting town for campus related events. The barn is located on the back of our 3 acre property. Our home is roughly 100 yards from the barn, and there is an RV with full time occupants on the other side of the barn.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Named in honor of the First Lady of Aggieland, this cozy home is located near Texas A&M University, the Brazos Expo Center and downtown Bryan. Just a mile down the road is a Walmart Supercenter, Chick-fil-A, Dutch Bros Coffee, Dollar Tree, Wings 'N More, etc. We are proud Aggies, Class of '93, and look forward to sharing our home with you!

Big yard for outdoor activities, and if you want a more relaxing time there is a firepit area where you and your friends/family can relax and enjoy the night. We are just a 25-minute drive to Bryan/College Station and Kyle Field and just a 20-minute drive to Lake Somerville.
