Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

Situated at the end of twisting country lanes, in a small hamlet of 4 houses. This single storey conversion of a joinery workshop comprises: Open plan living area, with vaulted ceiling and oak beams, dining area with double doors onto a small courtyard and fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms (1 double with 4ft 6ins bed and 1 single with 3ft bed) and a shower room.

A rustic stargazer where you can fall asleep watching the stars and wake up to the sound of birdsong! A rural spot, far from street lighting, the sky lights up on clear nights. Simple, basic, but unusual accommodation. This is a wooden A-frame structure with enough room for two to sleep in with a mainly glass roof.
