Welcome to our creekside cottage. This modern cottage is ready to offer you a complete reset without sacrificing the comforts of modern luxuries. Enjoy your morning java, noon tea or evening vino on the expansive deck that overlooks Briar Creek. Take a walk to our pond to catch sight of the turtles, roast s'mores at one of our two firepits, or stay & enjoy the hot tub! Explore local adventures with nearby hiking, orchards, vineyards, downtown life, & come back to unwind in this haven for two!

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

LlamaHouse Dahlonega

I designed and built this custom shipping container getaway for you to have a unique place to stay, relax and enjoy yourself in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. This is as close to nature as you can get (without having to go into it, lol). Nestled in a secluded spot minutes away from wineries, tons of outdoor activities and downtown Dahlonega, you'll have something to do for your entire stay! So come relax by the fire pit, in the hot tub, or somewhere on the 1000+ sq. ft. decks.

Apex Treehouse Sunken Hot Tub

Creekside A-frame Treehouse in nature tucked amongst the trees in the scenic mountain town of Blue Ridge, Georgia. This treehouse is tiny home perfect for nature lovers, couples or solo adventurers. Inside this tiny cabin you will find custom construction with reclaimed wood from a 100 year old furniture store with rustic and modern charm. Outside, you will be greeted by the babbling of Fightingtown Creek, a large sunken hot tub overlooking the creek and a firepit under a canopy of stars.
