The house is situated at the opposite end from the old town, near the award winning Celtic cabin. It has sea and mountain views from upstairs, a small garden with patio furniture and a parking space. Situated in a beach front location near the seaside resort of Aberystwyth, this attractive, detached holiday property, next to the owner’s home, is an ideal touring base for the family looking to explore the lovely coastline of Ceredigion. The property has been tastefully decorated throughout, with a galley-style kitchen, contemporary bath and shower rooms and an open-plan living area. Outside, there is a private balcony overlooking the spectacular coastline, where you can sit, relax and unwind.

Retreat in Coed Y Brenin forest near Dolgellau

Tyn Y Benrhos is a stunning Welsh stone cottage situated in its own grounds, in Coed Y Brenin forest, near Dolgellau. You have access to the entire property, with enclosed garden for up to 2 dogs and 8 acres of fields, woodlands and a river to explore. Here you are perfectly located for an active holiday whether it be walking, running or cycling. If you just want to relax there is plenty of opportunity to do that too. We do not live on site but live about 20 mins away and are on hand if needed.

St Mark's School

Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

Perfectly located just a short walk from the town centre, harbour, beaches and the famous Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland steam railways. Snowdonia National Park is only 10 minutes away and the beautiful Italian-style village of Portmeirion is close by. Enjoy stunning views from the balcony out towards Harlech castle and the mountains. A great base to explore North Wales.

Magic Mountain Cottage: family- & dog-friendly

There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s a 300 year old cottage on the side of a mountain, space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Llwyncelyn - Dinas Mawddwy - Machynlleth.

Llwyncelyn is a delightful traditional slate cottage nestling on the side of the Dyfi Valley. It is situated above the village of Dinas Mawddwy, easily accessed off the A470 and offers stunning views across and along the Dyfi Valley both from the cottage and the enclosed garden. It provides the perfect base from which to discover Southern Snowdonia, in all its glorious seasons. Not equiped for chidren. We generally accept dogs(maximum 2) but reserve the right to occasionally say no!
