Note. Our family comes here to sleep, to unplug and to recharge our emotional batteries. This property could really be called - 'Time-slips-away-here country house' because of the peace, the quiet and the simplicity of mind you get after staying there. This once completely run down country house has been renovated by a Swedish real estate genius adding some peculiar touches to the overall feel. All in all this is a great place - our guests report having slept for hours and unplug completely.

Burvīga pilnībā renovēta tradicionālās koka arhitektūras ēka Ventspils vēsturiskajā centrā. Mājas iekārtojumā ir apvienotas mūsdienu ērtības, kā arī saudzīgi saglabātas tās vēstures liecības . Īpašumam ir slēgts pagalms ar nelielu atpūtas/ēšanas zonu. Apm. 200 metru attālumā ir Livonijas ordeņa pils un Ventas Krasta promenāde. Līdz Ventspils Bērnu Pilsētiņai un Koncertzālei Latvija ir apm. 10 min. gājiens, bet līdz pludmalei un Akvaparkam ar kājām ir apmēram 20 minūtes .

This is our summer home, and we are happy to share it with you. The apartment is family-friendly with two bedrooms, five sleeping spots, toys, and everything children may need. From September 1 until the end of May, stays longer than three nights can request a discount. Driving time: 10 min to the city center, 10 min to the Blue Flag beach, 5–7 min to the lake. Walking distance to the “Fantāzija” playground – 10–15 minutes.

Country house Lūķi - Oak cottage

This is a cottage overlooking the meadow and the nearby forest. The cottage has a small terrace, where you can enjoy your time and relax. There is a small kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower. The cottage is located in country estate Lūķi, 2km to the beach. The estate has a picturesque landscape with large oaks, a tea garden, an authentic sauna, and garden shed. There is also a salon with an exhibition of handicrafts.

Cute place for You and Your family! There is the pond to swim and fishing. In the territory there is one cableway over the pond for extremes and other cableway for calmer visitors. For the extra charge 30€ sauna and outside hot tub 60€. The widest waterfall in Europe "Ventas rumba" is near 3 km.
