Quiet Mother In-Law apartment with private entrance on a dead end street with giant wrap around porch. Apartment is connected to the main residence by a laundry room with a keyed door on both sides. Bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV w/Roku. Living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 42in TV with Roku to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Outside Entry door has a keypad that will be programmed with a 4 digit pin specifically for your check in to check out time.

*We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. The furnishings are very comfortable, clean & sanitized. With a queen bed in each room (new mattresses 2023) and sofa bed in the living-room, it easily sleeps 4-6 people (four adults, two children). Use it as a base to explore the area and enjoy the beaches/local attractions, or just relax by the pool. Wifi throughout condo and Apple TV in both bedrooms. Two blocks to the marina & 5 blocks to the beach, this Wildwood condo is ideally located.

Signers must be 25 or older. Peak Season (Mid-June through Labor Day week) rental dates run Sun-Thurs, Thurs-Sun, or Sun-Sun. Pre/Post Season dates are flexible with a 2 night minimum stay. Watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony or driveway! Dog beach on our block for your furry family member. Please inquire about pets during peak season before booking. Condo Only 2 Blocks from Beach/Boardwalk/Convention Center It sleeps 12 in beds but there are air mattresses if you need them. It has a large, open space - plenty of room for families. There is a wrap around deck so you can stay out of the sun if you want to or you can have your coffee and watch the sun rise from the open corner. Close by are shops, liquor stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, and bike shops! The beach is two blocks from the house and has a walkway to the water.
