The pool (opens May 12th- early October) is a great way for visitors to enjoy each other's company morning, noon or night! The quiet peaceful neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. Spring Lake beach is only an 8 min bike ride away!

Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.

Please provide # guests and reasoning for trip. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 12 guests. Additional guest can sleep on foldable floor mattress.
