Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

Muin Shepherd Hut is complete with: 2kw Shower (2 minutes of hot water/5 minutes to re-heat) toilet, sink, Belfast sink, fridge, ceramic hob, Air Fryer, underfloor heating, wood burning stove, TV, Double bed with King size duvet, large decked area, enclosed private garden (dog friendly) and views over to the Isles of Mull and Coll and onwards out over the Atlantic Ocean. Throw in the odd sea eagle that visits us, red deer abound, pine martins, otters and the dolphins playing off the pier!!

Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Relax by the woodburning stove, boil a cup of tea in the whistling kettle while you watch the birds, or walk 80m to the loch to wild swim, fish, read in one of the hammocks or have a barbecue. Lie out on dark evenings to watch the stars, enjoy the silence and escape from the demands of the modern world..
