Vacation in our stunning two-story oceanfront penthouse condo offering spacious luxury and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. Watch sunrises over the sand and sunsets over the bay from two oversized wraparound balconies. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and spacious kitchen and living area, this beautifully designed condo is perfect for family vacations and relaxing in ocean breezes. Step inside and be greeted by sweeping ocean views and an open floor plan filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and gourmet kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with seating for four. The adjacent dining area offers a large table, creating the perfect setting for meals together after a day at the beach. The second-floor primary suite is a private retreat, complete with a king-size bed, sitting area, coffee station, and its own private balcony overlooking the ocean. The luxurious ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, soaking jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. The three additional bedrooms, located on the first floor, are generously sized and provide plenty of space and comfort for family and guests. Two are king beds with ensuite baths, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Penthouse Perspectives offers two reserved parking spots next to the elevator. The large storage closet on the garage level houses chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart for taking your belongings to the sand. The Sanctuary complex has three pools (one is oceanfront), two gyms, multiple outdoor grills and eating areas next to pool, and NEW for 2026: Sanctuary Arcade! Pool open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates and hours are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

This 3 bed/2 bath cottage overlooks the expansive Coinjock bay. This custom home has a huge living & dining space, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 King primary w/private bath), gorgeous kitchen & a screened in porch that will leave you speechless. That is just on the inside. The outside has ample seating for enjoying cocktails or coffee, plenty of room for cornhole/grilling & a spectacular fire pit. Our home is in the remote 4WD area of Currituck County NC. Family friendly. Pet friendly. If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of an Atlantic Boardwalk, this place is not for you.
