Wonderful period home in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special romantic location on Loch Earn. Great for a 1-2 week holiday, or for a short break. Walking, watersports, etc - or just relaxing! Excellent location for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - Edinburgh or Glasgow 75 minute drive. My house is in Portree town centre, next to a supermarket and within 1 minutes walk of shops and restaurants Portree is a great base for exploring the North of Skye. The house is about 135 years old (built around 1890) and full of colour and character. Please do not book this house if you are expecting a modern home, full of neutral colours-please go to a hotel instead.
