No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Welcome to our farmhouse! Bloomfield is located at the northernmost tip of the Finger Lakes; a region rich in beauty, wineries, and culture. Suitable for couples, single travelers, adventurers, business travelers, and families. We are surrounded by nature. While rural, travel is easy: Canandaigua-10 mins, Victor and Geneva-20 mins, and Rochester-30 mins. A charming farmhouse surrounded by nature. Built in the 1920's the Tenant House has been modernized to provide the basics you need.

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock.
