This charming 1860’s home has been lovingly updated and is nestled on 2 acres of land, surrounded by a 20-acre working farm. The home is ideally suited for smaller groups yet has the living space and bedrooms for large groups or multiple families. You will enjoy relaxing in the spacious old farmhouse or activities in the large surrounding yards, with yard games, a fire pit and cooking & dining available.

Spacious garage, which offers extra living space perfect for hanging out and watch pre-game shows before heading out to the game. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
