It is suitable for quieter guests who do not like too many tourists and cars. Our apartment is located right by the sea, between the hotels Hard Rock , Roca Nivaria. The most beautiful sunsets, a beautiful promenade, many restaurants and bistros in the street.. NOTA: THE POOL IS UNDER REMODELATION UNTIL 15-2-2026.

The appartement has a wonderful view of the sea and 2 min from a nice swimming spot. Quiet neighborhood with a nice terasse and shops and restaurants all around the place. Privat swimming pool. It has been renovated in May 2019 and has 2 double beds. dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, bedsheets and towels, etc. Most suitable for 2 people, but can be rent to 4 people if needed. Only 30‘ from the airport. No private parking but parking possibilities down the road.

Our pool will be closed first two weeks of November for some maintenance works. Please have in mind before booking! The apartment is bright, very peaceful and private. It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with open plan kitchen and a terrace. The terrace is the place you want to to meet sunset after a long day of sightseeing and exploring the island. It is really great to just sit there, enjoy the view and relax.
