The home is nestled in the back of a pasture flanked by wooded areas on both sides and a barn located near the front entrance. The property includes plenty of outdoor parking. Hard to justify with any one photo. The property is spacious and includes an attached indoor heated pool and Pickle Ball/Sport court. A charming, picturesque place for all to enjoy!

Canoe and kayak rentals available nearby or bring your own and take them out on my riverfront property. Walk or ride your bike on the rails to trails 3 mile walkway to Foxburg or go much further on other trails in Emlenton. Explore my 39 acres of woods with deer, fox, wild turkeys, bear, etc. Explore the four old logging paths.

Our house is just minutes from Main Street Butler with easy access to outdoor activities like the Butler-Freeport Trail and Morraine State Park. It's also less than 1 hour to downtown Pittsburgh. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is accessible for those with limited mobility and features a walk-in shower and chair lift from attached garage/basement to main floor. Great place to recover from surgery at BHS or stay close to a loved one receiving care!
