If you don’t want to leave the property feel free to hike and snowshoe on our 22 acres. Relaxing and picturesque, the house has views of the Yakima River as it winds its way through the Cascades. Snuggle up on the large velvet couch, soak in the hot tub and enjoy the view, or prepare your holiday meals with family and friends in the large kitchen. And...a new game room. Very near to many outdoor activities (a short walk to Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail) and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Natural surroundings and nature...just outside our doors. Lake Cle Elum is a reservoir and water levels vary throughout the year. Spring to mid summer the water is up to my trail with no beach. Mid summer to winter a beautiful beach is in front of you to drive, quad, snowmobile or play volleyball and frisbee on. The best of both worlds year round.

Enjoy easy access to town, wine country, and mountain adventures from this conveniently located home base. La Casita is a fully detached unit adjacent to our main home. It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.
