Built using over 50 unique types of wood, reclaimed tin ceilings, and charred timber for color and contrast, this space is a reflection of wild beauty and thoughtful design. Whether you’re here to hunt deer, fox, or bear or just looking to unwind with the scent of cedar and pine in the air this place is made for stillness and strength.

Little Haven

Start your mornings on the porch watching the dolphins on the Albemarle Sound, or on our private dock with a fishing rod in your hand. Our hidden gem is less than an hour from a bear hunt at the Alligator River Refuge or a day of exploring the Outer Banks. We’re also a short drive to a variety of game lands or Pettigrew State Park with hiking, biking, canoeing and kayaking access. With every sunset comes an opportunity to reset, and at our little haven, you can end your day with the very best!

Cool Spring Cabins

Relax in the comfort & simplicity of a by-gone era while staying in these charming guest houses. Dating back to 1877, each cabin features wood floors, period furniture and high-beamed ceilings. The cabins are the perfect home base for day tripping around this part of Coastal, NC. We're 45 mins to the beaches of the Outer Banks, 20 mins to the history & shops of Edenton (the "Prettiest Town in the South") and just a short drive to Somerset Plantation, Pettigrew State Park, and Lake Phelps.

Large 3 bedroom house near the eastern North Carolina wildlife refuges. The perfect place to enjoy bird/nature watching, hiking, fishing, and hunting. Minutes from Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, where countless Tundra Swan migrate for the winter. The house is near the riverfront town of Belhaven, that offers restaurants and public boat ramp options that provide access to the Pungo River and Pamlico Sound. The house is a short drive to Bell Island Swan Quarter Fishing Pier.

Located at the end of a quite dead-end road, only three miles from the town of Columbia and about thirty minutes away from Manteo and the Outer Banks beaches. This home is in the country and is the perfect spot for families, friends trips, hunters, fishermen, or just YOU if you need "Moore Time" for yourself. This home was completely renovated in 2024 with a lot of extras!

Betty’s Bungalow

Betty’s Bungalow Is located 4 miles south of Columbia on Levels Road. You can enjoy walking around the farm, the quiet Levels community, or along the boardwalk in the picturesque town of Columbia. There is ample parking for boats and horse trailers. Pasture board is available for the equestrian enthusiasts for a nominal fee. When out and about, be sure to visit the Columbia Museum and the visitor center and learn about the history of Columbia.

Trestle House

The Trestle House is named after the railroad trestles that serve as the beams in the ceilings of the first floor and basement. The stone fireplaces and original wooden floors all combine to give the house its beautiful, unique character. The wraparound deck gives magnificent views of the pond and yard, often with the wildlife that share the home with guests. There is plenty of room for everyone, with five bedrooms, each with their own bath.

Sitting on the shores of the Albemarle Sound, this family-friendly home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, game room, and access to a small community beach. Includes full kitchen, dishes, pots & pans, washer & dryer. Boasting a large deck overlooking the Albemarle Sound, sunrises don’t get any prettier than those you’ll see from the back deck.
