Apartman se nalazi u mirnoj ulici bez puno prometa,okružen maslinama i borovom šumom. Nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući,ima svoj besplatan parking,tv,perilicu,klimu,wifi, veliko dvorište na kojem se ujedno nalazi i prostor za sjedenje,druženje kao i razne igre za djecu,također ima i mogućnost korištenja roštilja.
