This cozy, recently renovated home has the charm of days gone by. It is located with-in a 5 minute walk to the grounds of Washington College and a fifteen minute walk to Historic Downtown. There is an abundance of food and other conveniences close by. A perfect place to unwind and relax. A 20 minute drive to Rock Hall. Take in the beautiful Chester River and Chesapeake Bay area. Fishing, hiking and other outdoor activities to be enjoyed. Newly furnished rooms and fully stocked kitchen.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. "The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

A small historic home in the city of Milton, De. Milton offers small USA hometown charm that is close the world famous Delaware beaches. This home was lovingly upgraded, renovated by Glennie's grandson. Enjoy the sunshine off of the back deck while preparing your BBQ. Take a short walk to Milton's city park which is a few minutes from the house off of the Broadkill River. Check out some of the gift shops, eateries, The Milton Theatre, or a tour of the world renown Dogfish Head Brewery.

Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.

Tucked along the banks of the Cohansey River, The Foxtail is a design-forward waterfront retreat set at the end of a long private lane. Recently refreshed throughout, the home blends its 1860s character with thoughtful modern updates, including a brand new kitchen, all new operable windows with screens, updated baths, and custom window treatments throughout. The result is a peaceful, comfortable river house that feels considered without feeling precious.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the farm. You will see horses, cows, goats, chickens & ducks. Family friendly. Animals roam the property & are safe to pet.
