It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

The Cottage in Ellensburg! 3 bedroom/1 bath

With the overwhelming interest of The Penthouse, which is also on the property, we are excited to offer The Cottage as our next great place to stay in Ellensburg. Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

Peaceful Farmhouse stay in Ellensburg!

Large (3,200 sq. ft.) four bedroom house, with lots of room for the entire family (and extended family). Located in the middle of Kittitas County, surrounded by 40 acres of pasture- this is a great country escape. We have large south facing valley views with lots of natural light and northern views of Mission Ridge. Located close to Ellensburg and CWU (10 minutes), Suncadia (40 minutes), Leavenworth (1 hour) and Vantage (40 minutes). We can accommodate 10 adults with up to 2 children.

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Surrounded in the heart of Washington’s apple orchards. Summers are filled with arm loads of fresh fruit with a wide variety of local fruit farms, hiking, local farm to table restaurants, wineries, and brewery’s. In the colder months we are about a 45minute drive up White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Rainer isn’t just for summer adventures. It’s beautiful all year around.

Cascade Valley Homestead

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally-located home base for unlimited adventures all over the state! This accessible 600 square foot suite is attached to our home with its own separate private entrance, self check-in via keypad, a small covered patio area and plenty of available parking. Located just 10 minutes from Ellensburg, the "Yakima River Ranch" offers opportunities for fishing, rafting, hiking, swimming and biking as well as sight-seeing opportunities in nearby Roslyn to the west and the Yakima Valley wineries to the south.
