The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. We have a pool (not heated) and hot tub. No parties allowed.

It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and just about everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.

This one bedroom, one bathroom second story guesthouse has access to a paved yard with picnic table, gas grill, and hot tub. It is less than a mile from the beach, the cruise port, and the historic East End downtown and just steps from cafe staples such as the Sunflower Bakery. Sleeps four maximum, with one private bedroom and one queen sized pull-out couch. There is one flight of stairs and a narrow paved path to access.
