It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. The huose has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and a recliner. Downstairs is a fully furnished kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, microwave and kitchen stove. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with couch and recliners.
