This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. On the ground floor of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bike use, numerous country walks and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

‘Betty’s Bothy’ is a small self-contained barn conversion, adjacent to HART Farm which offers therapeutic visits for children coping with life challenges. It will suit animal lovers (with or without their own well-behaved dog) as the animals can be seen from large windows and you may well wake to the sounds of a cockerel, the eeyore of mini donkeys or the bleating of pygmy goats. All the proceeds for this listing go towards the upkeep of the Hart Farm Animals.

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.

The Little House is uniquely located on a quiet, non-through road at the heart of Hebden Bridge. Leave your car behind and walk everywhere around this picturesque town, full of independent cafes and restaurants, artisan shops, galleries, pubs, live music and even an independent cinema and local theatre. (on street parking IS available, but we say the best way to see Hebden Bridge is by foot).
