A perfect getaway for couples and businesspeople coming to Central Texas for fun or work. We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

Welcome to your relaxing, memorable gateway located in Kyle, TX. This 3-bedroom, 6 beds. 2.5-bathroom house is designed to provide you with the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience, making your stay truly exceptional. Massage Chair & TVs are in the living & game room. Every room has work station (Computer table & chair). Pool access. Grill and dining set in the backyard. Close by convenience stores. Great and peaceful neighborhood. There is water floating/tubing San Marcos & Comal river.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
