Sunny rooms facing the back lawn. There’s a queen bed in the main room and a twin bed as well as two arm chairs in an adjoining room. There are two closets with hangers, a small and a larger dresser, a spacious private bathroom with shower, Roku TV, and fast wifi. All guest suite are on the 2nd floor. 1st floor has guest kitchen, dining room, parlor, and laundry room. Owners live in private attached wing of building. Grand historic building! Quaint, quiet, walkable village.

Fully furnished, private bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom in the lovely 1830 Beekman House located in the Historic District of Middleburgh, New York. Reservation also includes exclusive and private access to one of the downstairs parlors where you will find breakfast each morning prepared personally for you. (Assigned parlor pictured in photos). Amenities include parking, WIFI service, Smart TV with access to Netflix, and accesses to the 3 acres grounds.

On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. In this unit we provide tea kettle ,small refrigerator ,coffee maker and washer/dryer. Finch Guest House BnB is a stately, older home in Broadalbin NY with a lot of history. It offers a standard bedroom with queen bed and private bath; AC, dvd player, WiFi.
