Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Lake Moraine 2026: Lake is drawn down 10 ft for the NYS Madison Reservoir Dam rehab. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing all continue. No construction noise.
