With a private patio amid Virginia’s nature and wildlife, you will feel the weight lift off your shoulders as you relax and enjoy a glass of local Virginia wine or read up on our famous Civil War History. Two-person maximum occupancy. Additional roll-away bed may be added for $20/night. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night).

Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.
