We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. Get up in the morning and enjoy your coffee watching the Osprey, Eagles, and Hawks fish for their morning breakfast. Located about 40 minutes away from Annapolis and DC for easy day trips. Come back in the evening and grill outside watching the beautiful sunsets. Your host lives in a historic home on the same property dating back to the early 1800's.

Being the last house on the Col-de-sac, you are surrounded by private area and 2 acres of beautiful woodlands! The house is a spilt foyer, the top half being where you would stay and the bottom half being the property managers seperate area. The top level has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full size kitchen and dining area and a washer and dryer too.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open floor plan with all the modern conveniences. King size bed, with space for an additional queen size air mattress. Washer, dryer, shower/bathtub. Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property. Two night minimum for all reservations, and due to documented medical allergy concerns we are unable to host pets/animals of any kind.

A one-bedroom apartment in the Kingman Park Historic District. We use this cozy place for our friends and family when they are in town and happily rent it to you when it is free. We live upstairs. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 10-minute walk from the Metro. Our Metro station is 3 stops from the U.S. Capitol and 5 stops from the National Mall
