Wolf's Neck State Park and Wolf's Neck Farm are a short walk away, and Downtown Freeport.

Sebasco is known as a small fishing and resort village within the town of Phippsburg, a peninsula extending south from the city of Bath to Small Point, Popham Beach, Fort Popham, and other historic landmarks. You'll have excellent views from the cottage and a comfortable home base for your adventures.

Perched over the New Meadows river this western facing, private, one bedroom cabin includes full kitchen, outdoor BBQ & dining area, gas fireplace, full bathroom, & deep water dock access. Watch the Osprey, Bald Eagles, lobsterman hauling traps, and the many sloops and yawls that traverse the saltwater river. Outdoor stairs (75 or 5 flights of stairs in photos) are required to access cabin.

Water's Edge Cottage in Phippsburg, Maine

The cottage is at the water's edge and a perfect place for rest and relaxation. There is easy access to the dock and kayaks and several lawn chairs to sit at water's edge and listen to the water splashing on the rocks and watch a variety of birds, and the seals usually stop by for a viewing. It's a little piece of heaven.
