Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

✨August 15 - August 23 just opened up! ✨ Condo is directly on beach! ✨Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open.✨ ✨To simplify things and to be fair to those that instant book, we typically do not negotiate rates.
