Relax on the deck or dock! Lake is very clean and great for swimming, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding! To access the cottage you will walk down a gravel trail from the parking area. There is private parking, but you cannot pull a vehicle up directly to the door of the cottage. Firm NO pets policy.

Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.
