The Hideaway has total privacy, with your own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, and washer & dryer. Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities. *See winter/spring 2026 note in property*

Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. We live close enough to help if any issues arrise. We'd love to interact if you desire.

Visit our many hikes and trails or float our rivers and lakes - and on and on!

The Garage

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
