The Tower

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. A beautiful barn conversion surrounded by open countryside. Ideally situated for exploring the northern Peak District. Furnished to the highest standards with on the ground floor, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, fully equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher) ,open plan, vaulted dining room / hall & family bathroom (with Bath). Stairs take you up to a beautiful, open plan lounge with wood burning stove, tv (Freesat) , and of course there is the second double bedroom served by its own stairs.

Located centrally to North Sheffield, it’s a small and snug house ideal for visiting family or friends. The house is in an urban area of the city, with easy access to the beautiful Peak District. There is plenty of dedicated parking, we provide visitor parking permits so you can park right outside. Tea, coffee, milk and bread are provided for you as well as a locally sourced breakfast hamper. The property is walkable to the bus and tram stops, as well as to the well loved Rivelin valley.

Stay in this traditional 17th Century cottage, listen to the relaxing stream from your bedroom window before you enjoy all the jaw dropping scenery when you step out of the front door. Situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Castleton, right next to the stream and enjoying a superb location near the 6 local pubs and numerous cafes. Your double room, with en-suite shower room, lounge and kitchenette are self contained. Walk out of the door and be on a footpath within minutes.
