Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand, is sfeervol ingericht, heeft een eigen ingang, is geschikt voor 2 personen (geen baby’s) en heeft een eigen terras aan het water. In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Centraal gelegen, op slechts 25 minuten van grote steden en 40 minuten van de zee. Geniet van rust, ruimte en natuur, met wandel- en fietsroutes direct vanaf het erf.

It’s the perfect place for exploring the city and surroundings. The cottage is fully modernised. We are located in Spijkenisse, Zuid Holland within walking distance of the citycenter ( a 5 min. walk) and public transport Our environment has a lot to offer for bicycle, hiking and motorcycle tourism. We are motorbikers ourself. But of course everybody is Welcome! You can find us between Rotterdam and the beaches and dunes of Rockanje You can relax at our spacious terrace. We will welcome you in person when this is not possible you we have a possibility for Self check-in.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.

The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma.
