After a long day of fishing, boating, or hiking, the home welcomes you with a stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, TVs in each room & a soaking tub. Relaxation awaits!

Situated on 1 acre of wooded privacy, this home is a short 5 minute walk to the lake and all the common area has to offer. Swim at the beach, fish off the shore or dock, play tennis, basketball or volleyball and come back to relax at the firepit. There is a boat slip that may be used and ample parking for boat trailer. For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.
