Renters only have access to the lower level of the home while the owners are upstairs. There is a private entrance, and owners cannot access the rented space.

This spacious home is a delightful gathering place for families and groups visiting the Chattanooga area. While just 2.7 miles from the I-75 exit, the home is totally secluded, surrounded by forest.
