The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen and Ithaca are all within a 25-35 min drive. This area is know for it's wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries. In addition to this we have fantastic eateries, food trucks, cheese, ice cream shops and an incredible music scene! The house is centrally-located, quiet, and a peaceful place to relax in-between your day trips.

Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

The COMPOSTING TOILET is a environmentally friendly unit. The loft accessed by a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE w/ queen sized bed.
