Small home is completely remodeled using traditional woodwork craftsmanship for a warm feel. Full appliances and amenities are supplied in the cottage. Evening and breakfast snacks included. Tasty public tap water for drinking and cooking. Private lane leads to the home with a spacious covered porch overlooking hillside and field. Keep it simple at this newly updated and centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is minutes from many local, restaurants, activities and colleges (Seton Hill, St Vincent) plus so close to the local ice rink (Palmer Imaging Arena), you can see it. We are also only 25 miles from Pittsburgh sports stadiums, and so much more. Some of our favorite local businesses to try are the Yellow ridge Brewery or Ianni’s for a wood fired pizza. Welty Place is a relaxing getaway nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It is just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hours drive. Ohiopyle, Falling Water, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. It truly has a “home away from home” feel.
