One of 3 recently converted stables situated in a quiet yard. Shetland is our cozy holiday cottage yet still provides a king size bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen. The lounge diner is open plan with the kitchen and looks out over the yard. To the front is a courtyard with outside tables and chairs. The bathroom has a large bath with shower over. Underfloor heating throughout. Private parking space. Quiet and peaceful. Front courtyard with own private hot tub. Disposable BBQs can be used.

The Coach House with walled garden

Our converted coach house offers a cosy corner in the busy village of Downton from which to visit the historic cathedral city of Salisbury and the open spaces of the New Forest. Parts of the property date back to 1475 with links to the Bishops of Winchester. There is plenty on offer in and around the village, with local shops, gardens, pubs, walks and bicycle rides along the River Avon. Bournemouth beaches are not far away. Bramblings, New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.
