Open a front door and follow wide-plank timber floors the full length of the house. Towards the back, an updated kitchen leads onto a private garden and woodlands beyond. Period details create a homely feel, including a claw-foot bathtub upstairs. Please use my home as you would your own .. Equally happy if you just want to stay and be left alone . The house is situated close to the centre of Cardiff, in a quiet cul-de-sac with great free on-street parking. Shops are just a short walk away. Also walk to Cardiff city centre and Cardiff Bay, or take a quick cab ride. Easy access into the town centre .. a twenty minute walk or £5-£7 for a cab There's also a bus stop two minutes from the house which run every ten minutes and takes ten to fifteen mins ..

Built new in 2017, it is a bright, spacious and contemporary home. A well decorated and comfortable place to stay. P.S. The sunsets are amazing!

It has a private driveway with off road parking for two cars and plenty of on road parking. It boasts a beautiful lounge with log burner and corner sofa perfect for friends or families. The kitchen and dining area is ideal for entertaining with space for everyone to enjoy a meal together. We have a ring door bell camera outside facing the driveway.
