Our villa offers sea and countryside views on Ibiza’s sought-after south coast, between Porroig and Es Cubells.
Set within 10,000m² of landscaped gardens with fruit trees and family-friendly features, it includes a main pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, play area, and games. Inside, light-filled spaces and soft tones create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. With outdoor dining, sunset views, and a relaxed layout, it’s a comfortable base for enjoying this peaceful corner of Ibiza.
Tila
Set between Porroig and Es Cubells on Ibiza’s south coast, our villa enjoys a peaceful spot known for its scenic coastline and discreet, high-end properties. The house sits within 10,000m² of landscaped grounds with views stretching across farmland to pine-covered hills and the sea beyond. Designed for easy, sociable living, the layout flows between open interiors, shaded terraces and sunny lawns.
Outside, you'll find a 10m x 6m main pool, a solar-heated children’s pool, and a jacuzzi, surrounded by loungers and daybeds. The gardens include a summer kitchen, grill area, and outdoor dining for up to 40 guests. A range of family-friendly activities, from table tennis to petanque, a giant checkers set, trampoline, and a dedicated play area, make it easy to relax with children in tow. Indoors, the light-filled spaces use neutral tones, white walls and soft textiles to create a calm, low-key atmosphere. There’s also a compact gym and plenty of places to unwind.
The villa includes six comfortable bedrooms, all with ensuites and air conditioning:
- Bedroom 1
A sea-facing master suite with a king-size bed, private terrace, and separate walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite includes a large bathtub, walk-in shower, two sinks, separate WC and bidet. Also features a safe and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2
A children’s bedroom with two single beds, garden views, a private terrace, and a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, double sinks, separate WC and bidet. Air conditioning is included.
- Bedroom 3
Second master bedroom with views of the garden and pool. Features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and direct garden access from the private terrace. The ensuite includes a shower, double sinks, and separate WC. Air conditioning and a safe are also provided.
- Bedroom 4
Garden-view bedroom with two single beds that can be joined as a king-size. Includes a built-in closet, and an ensuite with shower. Air conditioning is provided.
- Bedroom 5
Overlooking the garden, this room includes a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, ensuite with shower and separate WC, and direct access to the garden. Air conditioned.
- Bedroom 6
Garden-view bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size. The ensuite has a shower and separate WC. There’s a built-in closet and air conditioning.
Villa includes:
2 housekeepers clean from 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday and one housekeeper cleans 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. A couple live in a separate property within the plot of land. They manage the housekeepers and maintain the gardens and pools. Linen/Towel/Pool Towel change - once per week.
Extra Linen change: 32€ per room.

The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
