Want something a little different from coffee, try Pekoe Sip House. On a pleasant afternoon it's a wonderful spot out front to sip some tea and take in the view to the mountains.

amazing selection of imported and local teas, including 4 varieties of housemade chai. The coffee is mediocre, and the boba depends on the barista.
